The Online MSW Program uses a proctoring service to maintain academic integrity during exams. This service then allows us to offer a window for students to take the exam at their convenience anytime of the day independent of University, faculty and student schedules. While any exam time can be anxiety-producing, the prospect of taking the exam while someone is watching you through a webcam can seem disconcerting.
ProctorU has been a partner with the program since the beginning, and we have developed a great working relationship over the years that is respectful to our students and user-friendly with superior customer service. This page is meant to provide information that you can review and be assured that Fordham and ProctorU are engaged in your academic success.
Your final exam will be taken on Brightspace while a proctor from ProctorU oversees it via a webcam and microphone. You must schedule to take the exam with ProctorU no later than 3 weeks before the exam to avoid late registration fees (note: you are responsible for any late registration fees).
